Yes, the leaaf of used MF is coming down dramatically since the introduction of the DE. You also have to drop the aperture by one stop to give the same depth of field. But after 7 years with the Aptus and a year with the Nikon E and experimenting with a sizable kit of 10 prime lenses including the Zeiss f2, I am still on that elusive search leqf a way to achieve the results with MF with the DE.
